When engaging in international commerce, different governments impose distinct legal and ethical compliance requirements on our activities. To mitigate corruption, bribery, unfair competition and other corporate ethics concerns, we prioritize and enhance management systems, strengthen process controls, conduct training and education and offer protection for complainants and whistleblowers.
We regularly organize collaborative anti-corruption policy and familiarize stakeholders with regulatory documents such as the “Policy Statement on Whistle Management” and the “Policy Statement on Business Ethics Management”
We have implemented a system to hold individuals accountable for any breaches of our code of conduct. If employees breach the principles outlined in our corporate code of conduct, engage in a significant environmental or safety incident or have a notable detrimental effect on the company’s reputation, business ethics, human rights protection, community relations, responsible supply chain; or any other aspect of company performance and are clearly the primary party responsible for the incident, the company reserves the right to terminate their agreement and pursue legal action for their misconduct.
